My 2 coldwell agents were too busy to answer my texts, calls or take me on visits. I had to use the sellers agent from coldwell to buy cause my other agent was too busy. She used her inspector & appraiser. Somehow the house appraised for way more then she herself listed it & Somehow her inspector missed that the heat/hot water didn't work! & that wasnt in the disclosure. I definitely wont ever use coldwell again. I never felt important & I feel like I got scammed by their agent i used to buy. I guess it's all about the sale ... read more
Although they are very busy. But not too attentive to emails or messages your better off trying to call them
