Had a series of difficult interactions with Morales’ team located at Coldwell banker in Richardson. In our experience the lack of professionalism and honest communication from the Morales team at this selling process much more challenging than it needed it to be due to both misinformation and lack of representation in various forms . First time using a realtor, and I give Reagan Olivia 5☆. She was professional and always responded to any concerns I had. I recommend her for quick approval.
I dont know much about the company itself but I have to say my experience was very good with Josh Kesterson. We sold our house with him and bought a new house with him. As far as paper work he was very thorough and looked out for us. I would recommend him to anyone.
