I had a very disappointing experience working with Shelby Johnston. She failed to deliver my offers as requested and even altered my instructions, which completely undermined my trust in her as a realtor. She continued to contact me for four months afterward, despite not scheduling tours or submitting my offers as promised. This behavior felt harassing and unprofessional. Had a series of difficult interactions with Morales’ team located at Coldwell banker in Richardson. In our experience the lack of professionalism and honest communication from the Morales team at this selling process much more challenging than it needed it to be due to both misinformation and lack of representation in various forms .
