Worked with a Lori to look at an apartment and fill out an app. I only got her on the phone once and email correspondence took the from early morning until 4pm. When I told her I was having issues with a website she told me to book another appointment (already had tried 2 diff appts with no difference in luck). When I faced an issue with a card, she told me she has no control over the website and repeated herself like a recording when I told her I couldn't use another card. I'm having issues with one of their tenants smoking cigarettes in an MDU property and they won't do anything about it when it's clearly written into the lease that they shouldn't be smoking. I guess that giving people cancer instead of taking action is just easier?
