BEWARE OF DEBBIE O'BRIEN: We asked Debbie O'Brien to show us a home that we found online. As we went to negotiate with the owners, her only advise was to pay full price. Luckily, we went against this and were able to negotiate a lower price ourselves. Part of our contract was that we would also receive the home entertainment system (important later). We then asked her to list our home. BIG MISTAKE. Over the next three weeks we had only 3 showings. We listed at the price she recommended. She took horrible photos with an iPad.... read more
