I had my mind made up to sell my home on my own. Once I saw how hard Penny Miller works to sell an house, I ended up listing my home with her.
Penny Miller is incredible. Wonderful realtor, extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market. Tons of energy, very engaging and helpful. You can't miss with Penny.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This place is full of clowns. You will be set up with an agent who is on vacation. Then after jump through hoops talking with that on vacation, they dump you because you asked them to do work. Luckily the agent reference me to another agent... who dumped me to yet again and referenced me to another agent. It would be cheaper for me to get my own real estate license and look for homes myself than dealing with the bozos Coldwell hires.
