I would like to give a big thank you to Linda Sanderfoot.she is a go-getter who had our cottage sold almost as soon as we listed with her.
In selling our 86 yr old mother’s home, we thought the experience was terrible. We have POA for our mother to make decisions and to handle the signing. Our requests were not always heard or granted. It was listed way over what we asked it to be listed. In 6 months time we had minimal showings. When we did demand a price drop, she wrote up a new price amendment, not at all what we requested, and wanted mom to sign. She very rarely returned any phone calls. I used this office to sell our family's home following my parents' death. While I do know if there was any legal wrongdoing involved, I definitely feel that the agents in this office represented the interests of the brother of one of the agents who wanted to buy the property, rather than our family. It certainly felt to me that there was a conflict of interest and questionable ethics in play with this sale. I was totally dissatisfied with their work and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
