Just signed an agreement to have Coldwell Banker manage my property. Asked them to do some maintenance on this new rental. They quoted a price and went over cost due to their incompetence in planning, scheduling and workmanship. There are many examples but pictured is a light they removed to paint around. the damaged the ceiling, the light will not fit and it looks like trash.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Fulcer today with a issue I had, he was absolutely amazing to talk to and work with. I can't say enough about the way he handled the situation and educated me. I would recommend dealing with him 1,000 times over.
