Our agent Marie Reilly absolutely exceeded all our expectations! She's SO professional, approachable, and diligent! We had a complicated situation in the fact that we are relocationg from several hours away, and have additional family members who require special accommodations. She found the perfect property, and took over when the seller's agent wasn't responsive so that we could close quickly. This is the 4th property we've ever purchased, and BY FAR the best experience we've had.
Agent Nikki Bauknecht was SO unfriendly, we lost interest in the house before even going to see it. Her tone on the phone was not *remotely* pleasant, and I got the distinct impression my questions were an inconvenience to her day -- which is odd, as I thought perhaps my interest in her listing was a good thing. She was moderately responsive at absolute best, but the content of her replies ignored components of what I requested, and did not resolve my inquiries.
