I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Coldwell Banker, particularly with realtor John Jacox. Unfortunately, I found the level of professionalism, care, and work ethic to be far below expectations. There are many other realtor groups that demonstrate far greater dedication and integrity. I would strongly recommend exploring other options to ensure you receive the quality service you deserve.

Michael Watson, who is associated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate, is a landlord I would absolutely avoid. He is full of fake smiles UNTIL he has your security deposit and first months rent. If you try to bring any concerns to his attention, he will not only talk over you to minimize what you’re saying, he’ll just walk away from you to try and end the conversation. Does not behave maturely or appropriately during serious conversations. He makes rude and snarky remarks under his breath and has never been professional with me... read more
