Ryan Minadie came to my door (no idea who he is or why he chose to do a house visit). He kept knocking on my door, stood in my driveway for a bit, and then came back to knocking on my door. It looked very suspicious. I never asked to be visited by a realtor. My home is not up for sale. I never spoke to him. My neighborhood has multiple “no soliciting” signs posted. Next visit I will be making a complaint to the appropriate authority for solicitation. Please stop lurking outside my home.

Never work with Elizabeth Petters! I worked with her to get a place rented. Basically when i moved out . She told me that the reason my deposit was being hold was because i did not do a “professional cleaning” that is no where in the contract and her and the landlord worked together to steal from me! STAY AWAY FROM ROD BOSTIC!! We were working together on an off market property and he lied and misrepresented his buyer throughout the entire process. He assured he had a buyer for my property and in realty was a wholesaler. Even though the contract did not allow it, he told the buyer that they did not have to submit earnest money and could assign it whenever they wanted too.
