Great broker, office manager and admin staff! Also, the best location in town!
Ryan Minadie came to my door (no idea who he is or why he chose to do a house visit). He kept knocking on my door, stood in my driveway for a bit, and then came back to knocking on my door. It looked very suspicious. I never asked to be visited by a realtor. My home is not up for sale. I never spoke to him. My neighborhood has multiple “no soliciting” signs posted. Next visit I will be making a complaint to the appropriate authority for solicitation. Please stop lurking outside my home.

Never work with Elizabeth Petters! I worked with her to get a place rented. Basically when i moved out . She told me that the reason my deposit was being hold was because i did not do a “professional cleaning” that is no where in the contract and her and the landlord worked together to steal from me! I asked her and her landlord for pictures and they have not provided them. Elizabeth was so rude she even said “ i dont know what you dont understand im not your realtor” really?
