I would give them only one or less stars, but these people are a total scam. I recently bought a house through Kim at Coldwell Banker prime realty in Hearon, and she was very nice but she was in cahoots with the listing agent who sold me the house, and there were contracted repairs that needed to be done before we signed the paperwork, and I thought everything was taken care of, but come to realize afterwords that Only some of the required repairs were completed.
