I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Merima Smajic, a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. Unfortunately, this review is necessary to warn others about her unethical practices and behavior. From the outset, Merima came across as arrogant and full of herself. I would not rent or buy/sell from Merima Smejic-Oren. Really bad experience with her and just plan took advantage of us. All this stuff was her responsibility to take care of and she did not, among other things. It’s a shame because I know Coldwell Banker is a great real estate company but very bad experience with Merima. Will go somewhere else to buy now.
Kathy got me into a perfect house very quickly for less than I expected to spend!
