Imagine finding the home you always wanted and putting in the offer and having the offer accepted. Contracts signed you think done deal right? Apparently not; Barbara L. Kenison associate broker at Coldwell decided it would be ok to go against the contract rules and bring her set of clients into a house that was under contract. These other people placed a higher bid and because it was less than 5 days since the contract was signed the owner of the house could legally break the contract.
