We purchased a home requiring a 3 month wait, using Mary Doody-Horton as our realtor. It was a 1000 mile, complex relocation. Throughout the process, whenever we inquired as to the status of our July 1st closing, we were told "Everything is on track." We had 2 moving vans scheduled as well as unloading crews booked months ago to accomodate our July 1st date.
