I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful with our entire application and move in process from the first handshake. They used Docusign for the lease agreements which really helped streamline the process. We love our place.
Based on our experience, we wouldn't recommend this realty company. Despite escalations to their management, their realtor team can not be counted on to provide even the basic services. For example, I would have expected that any realtors would have the professional courtesy not to just hand over a bag of old keys to their client buyers on possession day, leave and be told to find the ones they need. Rented my place out with an agent from this company. This agent absolutely does not have my best interest at heart. Wanted me to rent it for less than market value (I insisted on my asking price and got what I wanted very quickly). Didn’t do much during the 1.5 year except a forwarding a couple of emails for strata related things to the tenants or trash talking the tenants to me. Fast forwarding to picking up our place, this guy did a so called inspection for our place and it’s absolutely trashed. I needed to fix up 3 levels... read more
