We used Eric for quite a few months before settling on our house in Union. Eric was there for us every single step of the way, ensuring that we found the home of our dreams. He never rushed us, even though we were very indecisive much of the time. On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with any questions we had along the way. I've been working with Eric for the past few months selling my house in Washington. He's very knowledgeable about the area, professional, and courteous. He goes above & beyond to help in any way he can. There was a time when I was out of town and he wanted to show the house. He took the time to go to the house and straightened things up before the showing. He's very professional & responsive. I highly recommend Eric regardless if you're selling or buying!!

We used Eric's services to sell our horse property in Washington back in 2011. To say he goes above and beyond is an under statement. He assisted personally in preparing the house for sale including decorating one of the bathrooms and assisting my wife who was left with all the "getting ready to move" jobs completed, whilst I was working out of state.
