We spent so much time and effort trying to close on two different houses in Rockingham, and the process can be incredibly challenging when inspections don’t come back right or sellers run into issues. Last month I had to file complaints with both the NC Attorney General and the Real Estate Commission on the owner. Disreputable, dishonest, condescending, rude and dismissive. And, she scrubs these reviews off Google when she finally notices them. Do not trust your property with this company. Do not rent from this management company.
As first timers the home buying experience can be stressful but Julia Mudd was AMAZING at walking us through everything. No question went unanswered and no call was missed. She worked around all of our schedules for showings and didn’t withhold any info on properties. She is a great representation of Coldwell Banker. We would definitely recommend her!
hands down worst Realtor I've ever had , did little to no work on listing . she waited 3 months to actually list the house . After she was released another realtor sold the house within a month and then Debra had the nerve to stir up drama with lies afterwards . Do not trust her
