My experience was terrible as we hired them thinking they would help us sell our home. Instead they cater to the buyers. They did offer to help us with a financial matter but we soon found they took advantage of our situation and did wrong by us. Not a pleasant experience as they have no honesty values as well as having the ethics needed to run a company. I have worked with Peggy and Rosie buying and selling properties for almost 20 years. I have closed over 8 properties with them. Every time the same great service and expertise. I have always been happy and would suggest that anymore who wants honest and professional service work them. They are the best .

Peggy Carter is the most ethical agent I have ever worked with. Peggy knew when we went into a home I wanted to purchase that many items in the house were not up to building code. She told me she would not sell the home to a family member and that I should really consider what I was investing in. It took two additional months but she did find me a home in Dover, NH, that needed work but mostly cosmetics. I will use Peggy to buy again and also use her to sell this property. I might never trust a realtor again because of Peggy Carter. Wanted to back out of a purchase, and she told me I couldn't legally, that the sellers could sue. Turns out it was a complete lie. Ended up in a position where I lost almost everything because she wanted her percentage. Manipulated and abandoned.
