Not so good at the follow up, my Niece and her family have mold in there home a property they rented from this company. Brittney Tuttle and Aaron Smith were the agents involved and have left them high and dry. Beware of this company.
If I could give NEGATIVE 1000 stars, I would. We have been renting from this property management company for over a year, and it has been an absolute nightmare. For 15 months, our family, two adults, three kids, and our pets, have been unknowingly living in a home with serious mold issues. From day one, we reported water pouring behind the siding. Today is day 485 since I reported shower and hose bib Leaks in my move in inspection report. Today is the 16th day since your handyman opened the mold up leaving my family exposed. We've been displaced with zero assistance from your office, though I've paid almost 40k in rent. Aaron was recommended to me by another Sailor buddy that uses him… and now I do the same to everyone I know looking for a property manager. Even when deployed on the other side of the globe, I didn’t have to worry about anything. I got stationed in the area again and got to see in person the house is well managed. I hear horror stories about property managers that suck from other Sailors and am very lucky Aaron is top-notch so I didn’t have any issues. When I finish my tour back in the PNW I’ll use him to sell.
