I called her a while ago about a property I was interested in and she shut me off because apparently she already had a handful of offers on it. What kind of logic is that? Wouldn't an agent want as many offers as possible? I wouldn't want to work with her if I needed a listing agent.

Being the buyer, I purchased a home represented by Sue. To start with, she ACCEPTED THE WRONG OFFER! and we graciously accepted the terms of the offer she meant to accept after she threatened to cancel. She ignored my agent's calls and emails in regards to home inspections, didn't even know the correct closing date the week of closing, tells me the seller will be out on a specific date and then claims she never said that and extends the moveout date by 2 1/2 weeks 5 days later.
