Peter French was the sellers broker on a property we were purchasing. He put up road blocks at every turn in the transaction, did not disclose pertinant items in the disclosure, would not work with my broker in a respectful manner, ignored dates in the contract, and finally would not respond to our amendments that resulted in the termination of the contract. There is more to this than just representing his seller ....
