Just wanted to leave a review on a experience I had with almost purchasing a home. I was in contract to purchase * ********* *****. The real estate agent actually owned the home she never told us or the attorneys. That’s fine. The home appraised for 20k less and she went crazy saying something I will never forget. “ I should of known by looking at them they couldn’t afford the home” stating the home is worth more than the purchase price.
