Applied to rent a house, only stipulation was you had to have a 600 or higher credit score, took them $100 plus the applications & a lady name Brenda calls back to say we were denied because neither one of us had a 600 or higher. I politely told her thank you & hung up. Little did this lady know I had our credit report.....& one of us did have a credit score higher than 600. Basically tells me they never even ran our credit just denied us and took our money.
The staff members at this office are very friendly yet professional. Oh yes, I love me some Charlie (dog)
Dottie O'Neal is the most amazing realtor there is. She will fight for you any time of day. She is always available and knows all the answers. If she doesn't she will find out. She is truly amazing. I would use her again and again however I hope this is the last time we move.
