My family and I had an awful experience with a realtor of Caldwell Banker McMahon. It took us an extra 4 months to close. The entire time, our realtor kept painting a positive picture of the buyers even though there was no chance they would close, extension after extension. Contacted agent on Sunday to review and make cash offer on a property, was told by agent she would get info and call me back. Called back again on Monday left voicemail. Never received call back or any contact after initial conversation.
