They will take your deposit and more. I wasn’t an issue for 4 years. You’ll rent from them for a year or twotwo, the property will then make you vacate because they’re selling the property.

My present tenant, experienced toilet repairs, washer valve leak, and dryer repairs in March. This month, Feb 14 to March 14, the tenant paid $1700 monthly for a rental bill with electricity included for a 1780 square foot 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. I alerted the agency in February to the leaks by reviewing monthly bills. The repair expenses were over $900.00. I did not receive any rental income for March. I scheduled a viewing of a property on this site. My son was very excited to move into this property. He applied on a Sunday after viewing the property with Perla. We scheduled another viewing with his potential roomate, but in the meantime, he had submitted his application on Sunday. On Monday, he received a voice message from someone (unable to undersand name) saying they received my application and wanted to make sure i'd seen the property. Coldwell Property Management is amazing! I absolutely adore working with their team. The staff cares a lot about their tenants and ensuring the properties are taken care of in the best possible manner. They’re also very communicative and work hard to provide updates as frequently as possible when services are needed at their properties.
