I was selling my mom's house after her passing away and I had no doubt on who I would ask. Our realtor David Watts is awesome. This is the 2nd time working with him (1st time was buying). Knowing that there was MAJOR work to be done on the house, he helped me through the process, explaining everything what I should be aware of. He even went out of his way to help me move some heavy stuff from the house. If I could give more than 5 stars to him and Tish I would.
