Gil Guaderrama was very instrumental in selling my house in Rio Rancho. He has a very high level of service and a strong can-do attitude. He oversaw the whole process of upgrading my property to prepare it for sale. Gil has many professional resources that helped with the upgrades. My house sold off of the Coming Soon within a couple of days, for more than list price. I would highly recommend Gil.
