We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Meghan Tate. From the very beginning of the process, she went above and beyond to make sure our wants and needs were always the top priority. Her knowledge of all the fine details that go into choosing the right home gave us so much confidence and she maintained great communication every step of the way. I have to give our Realtor credit for taking us through a difficult sale - we sold just as housing prices took a turn south, and we really needed to get as much for the home as quickly as we could. Jill did a great job of balancing those needs, and she had a large resource of reasonably priced workers to take care of the few issues that needed to be dealt with to get it ready to sell. Through it all Jill gave good advice, and navigated us through some tough decisions to get the house sold within our timeframe.
I cant express how easy my home buying process was Vance was incredible as well as all the ladies and gentlemen behind the scenes. Communication was the best we always stayed on the same page I’m so thankful for everyone down at Coldwell. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work.
