From start to finish Michael was there. He was patient, responsive and professional. When I had a question he took the time to explain it until I understood. I will never use this company or do any business with this company for buying or selling, one of y'all's realtors told me to "just sign the paper" without even me reading it. You have to be an idiot to tell someone to do that.

Recently started looking into selling our current home to buy a property in this area. I'd simply filled out some info on zillow for a property we were interested in seeing, and was immediately contacted by Sarah Hooker. We bought our current home on shortsale and have never had to work with a realtor before/do not know the full process. I WAS told to get a pre-approval letter, but it was not explained to me that it would be required in order to see the property we were interested in looking at.
