We bought our current home on shortsale and have never had to work with a realtor before/do not know the full process. I WAS told to get a pre-approval letter, but it was not explained to me that it would be required in order to see the property we were interested in looking at. Lisa Sloan is the best realtor in Dalton, hands down. I simply cannot imagine a better selling experience than the one we had. A perfect combination of warmth and professionalism, a wise advisor who is candid and honest and a true representative of all that is great about the South and small city living. Lisa Sloan is the best realtor hands down. She sells more houses in the first week they’re on the market than anyone I’ve ever met. She’s up to date on all social media apps and her staff takes the most amazing photographs! 110% recommend if your on the fence about a realtor. I can’t say enough good things!
