I was very pleased with my experience obtaining a rental with the ladies at Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty. They had me in my rental of choice in no time at all.
Christy Holcombe was amazing to work with finding our new home. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. My wife called to collect on our home earnest money due to an issue with our buyer the woman my wife spoke too was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. She acted like a teenager huffing and puffing that works at a ice cream parlor. Just the little interaction we have had with them I can say with 100 percent I would never do business with these unprofessional rude incompetent “people”.
We have experienced moments of frustration and unprofessionaliam with this agency. We would not recommend.
