We were looking at a home in an extremely tight market. We found an FSBO home on our own after contacting Brian. As it was the only house we could find at the time, we decided we would probably buy it. But he kept telling us, don't worry, God has the ability to work these things out. Couldn’t have been more pleased with Drew Martin. From the day we asked him to list our home he worked every minute for us. Not just him but his team. Everyday he was in contact with us. Some days three and four times. He treated our house as if it was his. Fought for us when the negotiations began and followed thru even the day the money was wired he contacted us to make sure everything went thru. Can’t say enough about the Martin Team at Coldwell town and country

I rented from them. Ridiculous, greedy, incompetent company. They will nickel and dime you for all you're worth, and do nothing in return. Dublin GA would be a better place to live if it wasn't for them. If you can, avoid renting anything from these parasites.

I am writing a second review about Woody Miller and Zach McGlone on how dishonest they both are and after I purchased the property in Monroe, New Hampshire, they never told me that the seller did not live here for a year and a half. She totally lied about how much was in the propane tank. I almost ran out because they gave the wrong amount taking They are not very honest and I would not recommend these realtors as well as Gowan Realtors Plymouth Nh all of these realtors, they will lie to you mislead you on all the paperwork ... read more
