Tried to reach out to them about a rental property through Redfin.com, then via an email, and then a voicemail to their office, and finally via text to Frank. I never heard back except for a text that said “Yes” when I asked if the rental was still available. I followed up with a text, “ Great! Would you be free any evening this week for a showing?” and still have yet to hear back.
Can’t say enough good things about Frank, he is the best and truly a good person!
