When it comes to realtors, Eric is one of the best. We were nervous about buying our first home, and Eric made everything a breeze. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
They are really pushing hard to get most out of you....I dont know a company that doesnt negotiate....so its confusing and not recommendable...buyer be aware, they will charge 10 percent hidden in their contract...

Buying a house is a nightmare especially when you know absolutely nothing about real estate or anything associated with it. We tried going with someone from a different real estate company and he didn’t seem to be interested in the house we were and basically didn’t really try for us .
