They are really pushing hard to get most out of you....I dont know a company that doesnt negotiate....so its confusing and not recommendable...buyer be aware, they will charge 10 percent hidden in their contract...

Buying a house is a nightmare especially when you know absolutely nothing about real estate or anything associated with it. We tried going with someone from a different real estate company and he didn’t seem to be interested in the house we were and basically didn’t really try for us . Used them as a buyer agent. My loan processor commented that she has never seen an agent work so much against the interest of a buyer in her life. We were an out-of-state buyer and the loan is through a national provider. When we got a call about mineral rights after closing, we asked the company what they were talking about we own the rights. Apparently not. He even said the local realtors are not doing WV any favors with their shady practices. It was not the first time that he had this same conversation.
Eric Riggleman made the entire process of buying a home simple and painless. As a first time home buyer, I needed everything explained to me in detail and he did so happily and thoroughly. He checked on me throughout the process, and gave me countless recommendations for mortgage lenders, inspectors, and more, all of which turned out to be quality choices. Eric will be my only choice for realtor services moving forward, and he should be your only choice too! 10/10, 5 stars, would 100% recommend!
