Second time using Richard and his team to purchase a home. We looked at a lot of homes till we found the perfect one. If our agent wasn’t available someone on the team was there to fill in. I will be using them a third time to sell my first home. Highly recommend!

This branch of Caldwell Banker is shady! Jami Mumford and in cooperation with this branch run a rental application fee scam! They will lie and say you have a rental then keep your rental application fee of $50 per person! In our case, my wife and I applied for a modest rental they had available with Jami Mumford. She showed us the unit, led us to believe based on our being well qualified to rent that we would be getting it. Took our $100 bucks never called us back!
