Andrea is absolutely wonderful. She helped me with all my questions and was understanding of everything. She helped us close on the house we've been dreaming for. She's still helping even after close ! I will be having Andrea as my realtor when we sell our current house as well. 10/10 recommend!
This branch of Caldwell Banker is shady! Jami Mumford and in cooperation with this branch run a rental application fee scam! They will lie and say you have a rental then keep your rental application fee of $50 per person! In our case, my wife and I applied for a modest rental they had available with Jami Mumford. She showed us the unit, led us to believe based on our being well qualified to rent that we would be getting it. Took our $100 bucks never called us back!
