Please don't trust this bank with your property! one of the agent by the name of Neil Gareiss has rented out a property to some terrible renters. If you don't live here and you are trusting him to find decent people to take care of your home DON'T. I've made several calls to this bank to express my concern about these renters and they don't even attempt to control the situation. She should consider taking a class on management. We rented from her for two years and really got to know her. The big maintneance requests were not properly addressed. Her first automatic response is "I'm not convinced ____ is a problem". She would also complain about money and her personal life. We always paid her rent even when we didn't want to. Rented a house and arrived in Lubbock from Jarrell Texas after being told it would be cleaned, I had to clean it from top to bottom it was absolutely disgusting not to mention spend money on cleaning supplies because I had my movers coming.
