Alta was wonderful. She went above & beyond for us, from the moment we called her about selling Mom's home. She advised us on what needed to be done, checked on our progress, and then was able to sell the home at a good price. She was a big help in figuring out what to do with Mom's financial situation so that the sale was able to happen. Now, we have the funds to provide for Mom's care. Alta was the best!
I have had great experiences with Harris McHaney in the past. However this time I was dealing with Nishanthi Abeyagunawardene and the experience was horrid. To start when I called her she was so scattered and talking in circles then finally said, I with another client, I will call you when I'm finished. That never happened and I had to contact another real estate agent from another company to contact and the experience was the same for her.
Kelly is great. We used her to purchase the house we just sold 6 years ago. She came in, gave us an idea of pricing, photographed, and staged the house to show, and was completely involved in the entire process. She then was very gracious in helping us find the perfect new home. We are happy to recommend her to any one looking for a new home.
