Moving in process was fine. Moving out was a total disaster! Don’t move here unless you don’t want your security deposit back. They will charge you for cleaning no matter how clean you keep the apartment or how clean you leave it after you move out. You might as well don’t bother to clean when you leave because they will still charge you! You will be charged double for anything broken in the apartment and be on the lookout for broken end cap in the kitchen. We recently looked at a place where it felt like our realtor couldn't care less about us. Very rushed and unpersonable. Nonetheless we paid the $50 per adult application fee ($100 total) and never heard back from them. No one called or emailed to let us know, what I'm assuming is- that we were rejected. Definitely felt scammy and gross considering they took our money and never followed up. Maybe you'll find a place through them, but I'd leave it as a last resort.

Renting from NextHome at first seemed fine, Caitlin Causey was very charming and her assistant Ana was nice as well. Once we were renting from them it was hard to get ahold of them sometimes, and I ended up having to clean up a huge mess outside because they said they couldn't get someone there for at least 2 more days (leaving the items was a health hazard and there are children in the building).
