I have had a disappointing experience with Coldwell Banker Elite - Massaponax Office (CBE) after a 12-month lease. You should think long and hard before you decide to rent a property being managed by CBE. We upkept the property so well that the very first family that came by to see the property while we were getting ready to move out, has decided to rent it.
