We used Coldwell Banker to hire a condo in at Sunset, number 500. They had no interest in the fact that the air conditioning only worked in part of the condo, workmen turned up one day to carry out some work, and the place stunk of dampness. The condo itself was in pretty poor state, for the amount of money we paid. Be careful if you plan to obtain a vacation rental from Coldwell Banker in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Their photos can be misleading. We reserved a condo based on Coldwell Banker's out-of-date photos. The condo's impressive furnishings had been "updated" the previous summer with substandard furniture, including a chair with one wobbly leg and one short leg.
