Do not trust what this realtor says. James Baker has said for six weeks that a propane tank on our recently purchased property would be removed, and each week it is another story and apologies, but nothing is done. There are several other realtors in Pendleton who are honest and trustworthy - deserving your business. Avoid Coldwell Banker agents in Pendleton. If James keeps his word and removes the propane tank so we can continue with construction, I will revise this post.
