He and his team were quite unresponsive after we submitted a competitive offer. They also provided little to no help when I had questions about the property, so I'm not sure if they're just incompetent, willfully ignorant, or unwilling to disclose. Met Alex when I sold my first home in 1998 (Brea, CA) and was impressed with his work back then! He also my second home (Fullerton, CA) in 2002, and since then I have bought & sold many homes & investment properties, as well as become a Realtor® myself. Just ran across his name and was surprised he's still selling homes after more than 35 years (simply because most agents don't last more than a year or two)! Go Alex!
