We had Hunter Sipe as our agent. Both for buying a home and selling a home. We wanted someone who was a little younger as we were interested in supporting the generation below us. We were very pleased (no complaints) about Hunter's representation of us. He kept us updated on all developments in a very timely fashion. Bruce expertly guided us through the process and provided great advice on how to invest wisely on pre-sale improvements. He knows the area, the market, and daily (if not hourly) local sales activity. He's super easy to work with, and always there to answer questions.
Sasha is an excellent person and easy to work with. Her calm attitude always helps slow things down and makes it a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend working with her.
Can't find this sub company's website or listings. We found a sign for a listed home and every website has it as "off matket".
