For instance, when I thought the bank was asking for an obscene amount of paperwork, May kept me calm, level headed and focused on what had to be done. There were times when I didn't have access to a printer, May would print vital forms needed for us to finish the deal, not to mention that a lot of the tasks were done outside of normal business hours.
