Terrible experience as a potential buyer. Spoke with an agent for over a month trying to make an offer on a property and was told no offers were being accepted until a survey was completed, but yet it was listed for sale? When I got tired of waiting and pushed the issue I was informed that I would have to have a different agent write up the offer, not sure why I was strung along for over a month to be told I would have to work with a different agent to make an offer.
