TL;DR Don't bother cleaning when you move out, because they'll use up your deposit on a cleaning company regardless. They were really good while we were tenants. Small maintenance issues were resolved quickly, though we did have to wait a month when the stove went out, and again when the dishwasher did. The only real problem was with cleaning and the deposit when we moved out. I was working with Haley when at first went to Idaho and bought a house. She did wonderful. She does good when she's helping people buy a house. And I'm pretty sure her husband does good too. But her husband was not in sewing mode at the time that Hailey was. So 2 years later, when me and my wife went back through Haley and her husband as Partners. Not saying they don't do good. I would discourage anyone to go through Coldwell Banker Twin Falls for any type of business. Completely unprofessional, incompetent, and arrogant staff and owner. No communication at all and no will to do what is right. They are only after the money and are completely disrespectful. I rented a house through them (Canyonside Property Management) who is located inside and associated with Coldwell Banker. The entire experience was a complete joke. I would give a zero star if I could.
