As a renter, Harper Property Management has been incredibly frustrating to work with. As a real estate agent, I would never recommend them to my clients for rental management. MY BIGGEST POINT FOR HOMEOWNERS WANTING TO WORK WITH THEM IS THEY RUN LIKE A BIG OUT OF TOUCH BUSINESS. Harper as a company couldn’t be any worse. Negligent on all ends and are quick to try and screw over whomever they can to make money. If you can avoid Harper property management at all costs. We had the absolute terror of having Manira Salina’s as a property manager, I don’t think I’ve ever come across a person so eager to do nothing at collect a paycheck. And I mean absolutely nothing.
