I found Daniel on YouTube. He had the best content for real estate in the Westside, Los Angeles. I debated reaching out, not sure if he was real or would even answer. I recommend Daniel 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell in LA! He is very knowledgeable about the LA westside area, as is evident in his YouTube videos and even more so in person.
