Our experience with Coldwell Banker Realtors was not good. On our closing day we were told that our final walk through would be while the previous owners were moving out, which I had never heard of anyone doing before. We were told that they would clean the house after they were done moving out. We agreed to it, because it is what worked for everyone. Huge mistake. Big carpet stains that were hidden, seemed like no one vacuumed in 4 years, fridge had molding raspberries in it, flour spilt in the cupboards, the list goes on. ... read more
