Unprofessional, dishonest. We saw a great property in Western Massachusetts via realtor.com whose terrible system randomly matched us up with an agent from this office instead of the actual agent selling the property. We emailed the agent the next day after seeing the property with a written offer and some questions. The agent agreed to speak the next day to us at 10:30am. At the appointed time, I called only to get the agent's voice mail. Left a vm to call me back. 11:30 called again, was sent to their voicemail. 2pm I text... read more
