Chris exceeded our expectations throughout our time working with him, from start to finish. He is a genuine guy who's easy to work with and was very knowledgeable of both the real estate and construction sides of the business. Iris Tang , realtor, was a pleasure to work with. She negotiated the issues of a home sale professionally and calmly. Iris was very knowledgeable and this was a much more pleasant experience than other agencies. I highly recommend her to facilitate the sale and closing without stress or any problems.

Unprofessional, dishonest. We saw a great property in Western Massachusetts via realtor.com whose terrible system randomly matched us up with an agent from this office instead of the actual agent selling the property. We emailed the agent the next day after seeing the property with a written offer and some questions. The agent agreed to speak the next day to us at 10:30am. At the appointed time, I called only to get the agent's voice mail. Left a vm to call me back. 11:30 called again, was sent to their voicemail. 2pm I text... read more
