There are a million property management companies in Eastern NC and I would stay away from this one.
In an area saturated with active, former and retired military, your choice is very poor. I don't think you have any idea how negatively this will affect you in the long run. Military members and their families tend to be very loyal to businesses and you aren't doing yourself any favors. There is a crisis going on in the country and you are now part of the problem.
