I’ve had my share of horrible experiences under rental agencies, most of them (especially ones that offer low income housing or work with a lot of students) like to take advantage of their tenants. I’m very lucky to say that I didn’t run into any issues while living under this rental agency, they were quick with repairs, quick at responding, and when I had to move out early they worked with me to try and get someone to take over my rent (thank you Shelly you’re incredible). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT MOVE IN TO AN APARTMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. Continually had issues, my roof leaked 5 times in the exact same spot and they refuse to fix the roof. Had three different property managers in the 1 year I lived in Janesville. The city of Janesville is a wonderful place, but Coldwell Fisher is the absolute worse. They don't know anything about a single thing in any of the places they own. They never got rid of the pests, the building itself smelled all the time, the halls were constantly dirty... read more
